Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the Cake Eater Book Launch with Carl Radke, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Policy

   • Each ticket admits one guest to the event.

   • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the event organizer.

2. Refunds

   • Refunds will be granted up until seven (7) days before the event date.

   • No refunds will be issued within seven days of the event.

   • To request a refund, please contact the event organizer using the information provided on your confirmation email.

3. Event Changes

   • The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or format if necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

4. Photography and Media

   • By attending this event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Images and recordings may be used for promotional or marketing purposes by the organizer and publisher.

5. Conduct

   • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, guests, and other attendees. The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

6. Book Signing

   • Only copies of Cake Eater purchased through the event ticketing software or onsite at the event will be eligible for signing.
